1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Iyaan Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Iyaan Technologies provides IT services including web design and development, mobile app development, digital marketing, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Iyaan Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Iyaan Technologies for services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Iyaan Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for two years after the termination of services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and the client is entitled to deliverables completed to that point.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
